Save WhatsApp Status Without any Apps

Whats app is perhaps the most used messaging app, with the introduction of the statuses feature whats app has also become a part of sharing pictures and videos. Well, many times we like a photo/video and try to save them i.e  if pictures using a screenshot else by asking the one who uploaded it in case of a video.

Saving Statuses:

We can save all the statuses without any app using a simple method.
All you need for this is your File manager 📁 and follow the below steps

1. Open your File manager and Search for "Statuses" :

As whats app generally downloads all the statuses and saves them in a hidden folder we don't see them in the gallery and hence have to search in the file manager.

Note:  In some file managers First show hidden folders option must be enabled.

2.Select the required files and copy them to Other location:

After opening the folder we can see all the statuses that are downloaded and copy required ones to another location.

This is the simplest way to save statuses to our devices without using any App. If you have any questions please mention in the comments👇.

A Cigar-Shaped Visitor From Beyond The Stars

We always find weird things in space. whatever it is, there is no end to science in the void. This time it's a Asteroid with a peculiar design.

There are approximately one million Asteroids in our Solar System. And all of them - save one - began as part stellar nebula. That's the same dust cloud that spawned the Earth and the Moon, as well as Sun.

The Rock, 'Oumuamua (meaning " a messenger from a far arriving first" in one indigenous Hawaiian language).

The presence of this Asteroid senses that the density of interstellar objects were low. This Asteroid was first observed from Hawaii Observatory in last month. Astronomers have observed  that the Asteroid is moving so fast. It was moving at a speed of 44 kilometers per second, far faster even than juno, the zippiest object humans have ever put into space.

Scientists found that the Asteroid was spinning and cigar shaped. causing flashes of light and passing very close to the Sun. The Asteroid is quite redder than other Asteroids indicating chemical changes from interstellar radiation.

The Asteroid appears to have come from the constellation Lyra and passed about 15 million miles away from the Earth. It's very unlikely that we will ever see it again, but hopefully continuing analysis bring more discoveries in the coming months. And may be we could sniff out another stellar visitor soon.

The asteroid is 400 meters long and highly elongated, perhaps 10 times as long as it is wide. That odd shape is unprecedented among the some 750,000 asteroids and comets observed in our solar system where they formed, said the researchers.

Scientists said Asteroids like Oumuamua enter our solar system about once a year. "For decades we've theorized that such interstellar objects are out there, and now -- for the first time -- we have direct evidence they exist," said Thomas Zurbuchen, associate administrator for NASA's Science Mission Directorate in Washington.

The Unfortunate Side Effect Of LED Lighting

Light pollution has increased worldwide because of the prevalence of energy saving LED lights. However, the problem isn't with the lights themselves -- but the fact that the world is getting brighter because LED's are illuminating places we didn't bother to light before. and that its own environmental cost. The findings were published in the journal Science Advances, and found that artificially lit outdoor surfaces grew at a pace of 2.2 percent each year between 2012 and 2016.

"With few exceptions, growth in lighting occurred throughout South America, Africa, and Asia," said the report, which analysed nighttime lights using a specially designed radiometer mounted on a satellite. "we will light something that we didn't light before, like a bicycle path though a park or a section of highway leading outside of town that in the past wasn't lit," said physicist and lead author Chris Kyba. Researchers noted a few rare declines in war-torn places like Syria and Yemen; while Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the US, which make up some of the world's brightest areas, remained relatively stable.

Environmental concerns drove the move into adopting long- lasting LED lights, but now the there's the risk too much light which leads to a new set of problems. The paper notes that artificial light emission into the environment will "continue to increase, further eroding Earth's remaining land area that experiences natural day-night light cycles. This is concerning because artificial light is an environmental pollution." The report cities external research that shows how light pollution threatens nocturnal animals, plants and micro-organisms and is "increasingly suspected of affecting human health."

Light affects our body clocks and affects our sleeping patterns, and a lack of sleep is known to make us more susceptible to a range of health problems including diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression.

"Many people are using light at night without really thinking about the costs," said Franz Holker, a co-author of the paper Holker noted  that seeing the bigger picture "completely changed how I use light at night."

Apple To Launch iPhones With Dual-Sim

It is true that the tech giant Apple does things incredibly well, and we really don't have much words to say that how good is it's own processors. However, at the level of innovation, Apple devices are usually a couple of steps behind Android.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities who has regularly predicted Apple's activity correctly- has shared s report that claims next year's iphone upgrades will include faster antenna modules. It's rumored to be a 4*4 MIMO setup instead of the current 2*2 antenna modules.

"Unlike existing Dual Sim Dual Standby( DSDS ) phones, which commonly support LTE+3G connections, we believe next- generation iphone models will support LTE+LTE connections, in a bid to enhance the user experience.

While the tech giant Apple stood out with the Animoji on their iPhone X, the star feature of their next device could be the Dual Sim. So they tell us in iDropNews, arguing that the next- generation iPhone will have both Intel and Qualcomm hardware and that at least one of the 2018 iphones will have Dual Sim.

The tech giant Apple, again, has taken years and years to introduce a "novelty" of which we have been enjoying a lot of time in the Android operating system, and this technology is very easy to implement, as we all know that generally, Dual Sim phones cost  less than $100.

There is no doubt that Apple always keeps an eye on Android before launching it's mobile, to see what it can present as "new" in subsequent years. As always, we will have to justify that "it had been invented for years", even though we see that marvelous product show off a characteristic that is nothing new.

How To Stay Active Everyday

In addition to eating high quality foods, physical activity can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight.

Getting regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your health. It lowers the risk of heart diseases, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and certain cancers. It can also help control stress, improves sleep, boost mood, keep weight in check.

A 30 minutes brisk walk on five days of the week is all most people need. Getting any amount of exercise is better than none.

The precise amount of exercise needed to achieve or maintain a healthy weight varies based on persons's diet and genes. The American College of Sports Medicine and the American Heart Association support the idea that "more activity increases the probability of success."

Among the nearly 3,700 men and women who are part of the National Weight Control Registry, a group that includes only people who lost more than 30 pounds and kept them off for at least a year, the average participant burns an average of about 400 calories per day in physical activity.

That's the equivalent of about 60 to 75 minutes of brisk walking each day, or 35 to 40 minutes of daily jogging. But there's quite a bit of variation from participant to participant- some require more physical activity to keep the weight off, some require less.

Try these tips:
  1. Do housework yourself instead of hiring someone else to do it.
  2. Work in the garden or mow the grass. ...
  3. Go out for a short walk before breakfast, after dinner or both! ...
  4. Walk or bike to the corner store instead of driving.
  5. When walking, pick up the pace from leisurely to brisk.

Be Active... Be Happy...Keep Smiling😄

Samsung Galaxy S9 Leaked

With the year coming to end in next few weeks, rumours have started popping up about next year's premium smartphones. The first of these is the Samsung Galaxy S9 which is likely to be unveiled alongside a Plus variant in the first half of 2018. A new report claims that the Samsung Galaxy S9 will see a major design refresh compared to last year.

BGR claims that Samsung is working on its own facial recognition feature, one which would eventually compete with Apple's TrueDepth feature first seen on the iPhone X.An earlier report suggested that Samsung will improve its scanner to take on Apple's iPhone X facial recognition feature.

Other details tipped include dual rear camera setup at the back with vertical alignment instead of horizontal. A recent note by KGI Securities' Ming-Chi Kuo also tipped the presence of a rear facing dual camera setup on the Galaxy S9.

The new report also claims that Samsung will bring the fingerprint scanner back on the Samsung Galaxy S9 and it will be housed at the back panel. The company will reportedly house the fingerprint module just beneath the camera sensor. BGR has also shared a render of the Samsung Galaxy S9 that's built by a smartphone accessory maker based on the inputs from the handset's factory. BGR adds that the render 'mostly' shows the new Galaxy S9 accurately but does have some changes like a narrow bezel at the top. Some of the other details rumoured for the Galaxy S9 include presence of 4GB or 6GB of RAM.

The report also claims that the Galaxy S9 will be powered by the company's in-house Exynos 9 Series 9810 Soc or Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 which is likely to debut early next year.

Toyota's New Humanoid Robot

Toyota has a new, third generation humanoid robot bears the charming name "T-HR3" and is designed to be a helpful and safe assistant to humans. It also features a so called "master maneuvering systems," which is essentially a VR- powered remote operating platform that can use to have the T-HR3 mirror its movements. yes, kind of like a jeager from kaiju movie "Pacific Rim".

The T-HR3 is designed to work in an assistant capacity to humans across a range of different potential uses , including in-home care , at hospitals, on construction sites, in areas impacted by disaster and even, Toyota says, in the far reaches of outer space. The robot resembles a somewhat short person with long arms and smooth white panels covering its mechanical bits, with optical sensors but into the head.

An operator in the Master Maneuvering System has both arm and leg coverings that will convey their movements to the robot, allowing the operator to use a full range of motion to walk in place, manipulate arms and even grip with direct translation of their natural actions. The operator can also see from the robot's perspective, thanks to a head-mounted display they wear.

The synced up movements also has safeguards in place to insure that the robot's movements don't interfere with the operator, so that you can't accidentally club yourself with the bot while sitting in their chair.

Remotely operated, dexterous humanoid robots have a lot of potential across basically all of human activity. And if we happen to need to defend against inter-dimensional kaiju invaders, at least now we have a path to make that happen.

Google Lens Visual Search Assistant

Google has started rolling out visual search feature Google lens in Assistant for the first batch of Pixel and Pixel 2 smartphones.

"The first users have spotted the visual search feature up and running on their pixel and pixel 2 phones".

At first built into the Photos app with the launch of Pixel XL 2, Google Lens can recognise things like addresses and books, among others. In photos the feature can be activated when viewing any image or screenshot.

However, in Google Assistant, it is integrated right into the sheet that pops up after holding down on the home buton. It will soon be integrated into the camera and other apps.

"Lens was always intended for both pixel 1 and 2 phones," Google had earlier said in a statement. Google says Lens has an accuracy of over 95 percent.

The app was announced by the tech giant during Google I/O 2017. It has been designed to bring up relavent information using visual analysis.

When it was first unveiled, Google CEO Sundar pichai described Google Lens as a set of vision based computing capabilities that can understand whatt you are looking at and take actions based on that information. Say If you want to know what a particular flower is, you will be able to bring up Google Lens through Assistant which will identify the flower and it will tell you what flower it is..
